Do you edit cats and dogs only?
We can make a picture of any animal, whether it's a dog, cat, bird, horse, small pig, or even a hedgehog!
Our artists are really good and can draw any animal you have.
Can I print more than one pet on one canvas?
Of course! We have different choices for pet parents.
You can get costumes for 1 pet, 2 pets, 3 pets, or even 4 pets in one picture!
Do you do human portraits?
We are happy to do a pet and owner together. Or just human portraits
Is my photo good enough to use?
If you followed our photo rules, then your picture is probably good enough to use.
Here are the rules:
- Take the photo in good light, like outside during the day.
- Try to take it at your pet's eye level.
- They don't have to look at the camera.
- Get close so we can see your pet's special features.
- Make sure the photo isn't blurry.
- Make sure everything, like your pet's ears, is in the picture.
- The fur color in the photo should look like real life. If it doesn't, the art won't either.
We have a team that checks photos when you order. If there's a problem with your photo, we'll email you fast.
If we need a new picture from you, it might take a few more days to get your order.
Remember, if you don't want to give us a new picture after we say the old one might not make the best art, we can't give you a refund. It's up to you to make sure you like the picture you send.
One last thing: all the pictures you see on our website were made from really good photos.
Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
No, it's not a big deal. You don't have to stress about the background. It's nicer if it's plain and clear, but it doesn't matter that much.
How do you produce your artwork?
We don't start from scratch.
We use special computer tools and tricks to change your photo into a pet portrait. It's like magic with computers!
Can I change my order?
You can make changes to your order within 12 hours. If it's been more than 12 hours since you ordered, we might not be able to make changes.
Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
You sure can! We'll show you what your artwork will look like before we print it. We'll send you an email with a preview of the artwork.
What are the canvas dimensions?
We make pictures on four different canvas sizes, and they're really good quality. All of them have a thickness of 1.25 inches, like what you'd see in an art gallery.
Here are the sizes:
- 8" x 10": Good for giving as a gift, but it might show a bit less of the shoulders in the costume.
- 12" x 18": Great for hallways, living rooms, bedrooms, or above your pet's bed.
- 16" x 24": Our most popular size. It's big and shows all the details.
- 24"x36": Perfect for really big rooms.
Can you add or remove something from my pet photo?
We'd love to but we're sorry that we can't add extra things like accessories, more background colors, or extra parts to the costume you picked. We like to keep everything the same for everyone.
We can sometimes remove things like tears, sleepiness, or drool if you ask, but we can't promise it. Big changes like making a closed mouth open or adding floppy ears are also not possible.
But if your pet is wearing an accessory in the original picture, we'll try to keep it in the art.
For collars, we usually take them out for most costumes. But if the costume needs to show the neck, like "The Duchess," it's better if you send a picture without a collar.
Can I change the background colour of my canvas?
Sure. Just let us know the color in advance
What if my photo is in black and white?
If your photo is a black and white image we will naturally change our costume to be black and white too, to match your pet photo. Note that we do not and cannot add colour to black and white images.
If you provide a black and white image please be aware that we cannot offer a refund when you receive a black and white portrait.
Shipping and Payment Methods
What are the shipping times and prices?
Stick to the delivery time we tell you when you order, which is usually around 5-10 days for most orders. Sometimes, we have a special option to get your order faster.
Making and sending out orders usually takes 2-5 days, but it might take a bit longer when a lot of people are ordering. The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on where you live.
If there's a problem with your order, like needing a new pet picture, it will take longer to make.
We'll show you a proof of your art and ask if it's okay before we print it. If you say it's good quickly, we can send it out faster!
We'll give you a tracking number by email so you can follow your order. But keep in mind that during the holidays in November and December, things might take longer because there are so many orders.
Here's how long it might take to get your order:
- USA: 2-7 days
The cost for shipping is a set fee:
- USA: $9.95
- It may be higher for bulkier items like 24x36" canvas
A few important things to remember:
- Sometimes we offer a way to speed up making the art, but it doesn't make the shipping faster.
- If we need a new picture for your order, it will take longer to make.
- You have 3 days to say if the art looks good. If you don't, we'll assume it's okay and print it.
I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
Depending on what you ordered, your stuff might come in different packages. But usually, we pack everything together.
Do you ship worldwide?

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, we send all orders with tracking. We'll give you the tracking number and send you updates by email and sometimes by text.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
No need to worry! Just send an email to our support team, and they'll tell you where your order is.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Sometimes, the orders come back to us because no one was there to sign for it. Or maybe there was a mistake in the address.
But don't stress! We'll send it to you again, and you won't have to pay anything extra. Your order will come to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with big credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also take PayPal.
If you want to pay a bit at a time, we have Klarna for our US customers.
Do you offer refunds?
You can get your money back if you don't like the picture we show you at first.
But after you say it's okay or we ship it, we can't do refunds because your order is special, just for you and your pet.
If something's not right with your order, tell us, and we'll make it better. Don't forget, we show you what your art will look like, and you can ask for changes as many times as you need to be 100% happy before we print it!
What if I don't like the mockup?
We'll revise it for free. Even after you don't like the mockup or artwork after multiple revisions, we'll refund the full amount
